I bought 2 brand new dewalt drills, both of them had their chucks stuck and stopped working during the waranty, it has been 7 months and still just get the same that there is nothing they can do and they are waiting on parts. So about $400 spent on drills and after 6 months they are done. When you buy new from them you get all the promises of how they stand behind their products but actually they just tell you its not their problem.

I like to try and support local business but this one is so in the stone ages its impossible to support them. Ive had laughably bad service experiences with one guy is on vacation so we can help to terrible sales experiences with ancient computer systems that cant pull receipts well. Unfortunately the hassle of their disfunction isnt worth shopping here.

I've bought several items here and had several tools worked on. They've always been very helpful and courteous. The selection is incredible. Important to remember, they're tool guys! This isn't Nordstrom's. They're straight talking hard working folks that use the products they sell.

So rude! Absolutely terrible customer service. Someone needs to teach some manners to their employees. Especially common courtesy on the phone. They used to be a good shop years ago but they obviously do not care who they hire anymore. I have never been treated so badly on the phone asking simple questions. Joseph you should learn some manners.
