Hi Mark, I apologize if I came across as rude and unhelpful. After 12 weeks of being shut down for Covid. I am open, and trying to figure out how to manage the store on my own. Cute-ish store, but rude and unhelpful staff and owner. I asked a few questions, but quickly got the message that she didn't give a damn about me as a customer.
I go here for curated, high-quality, classic style pots. However, they usual only have about 2-3 styles one would actually buy for a normal houseplant, everything else is too expensive. Given that theres not really many places that carry handmade pots in the neighborhood, I appreciate them a little more!
This very cute store and nicely curated collection drew us in during a bike ride, but the staff is very rude. I wanted to ask the woman behind the counter a question but she was busy with another customer, so I waited patiently in line. She was taking her time and being very helpful and kind with the customer, so when the customer left and she ignored me I was really surprised. I was standing in front of her but had to get her attention and asked if she had any large planters, so she reluctantly pointed in the direction and had absolutely no interest in helping me. There was nobody else in the store at that moment. It felt like a Julia-Roberts-in-Pretty-Woman kind of moment, maybe because we were wearing casual biking clothes it didnt look like we could afford anything in that store. FYI, we were there last summer time pre-covid.
