The Sacramento location is extremely unprofessional. I wanted to call and make an appointment on a Thursday but no one would answer the phone (I called around 4pm, and they close at 6) so after multiple calls and not getting through I decided I would stop by and make an appointment in person. I went there and they were CLOSED around 4:45!! Ok, so I'm guessing something might have came up. The next day I go in AGAIN on Friday (rushing from work) assusimg i can be a walk in since thats what it said online before 2pm. There is absolutely NO ONE in the office, so I'm thinking sweet this won't take long. I walk in and the receptionist says "sorry, walk Ins have to check in before 1:50pm, I GOT THERE AT 1:52PM. Seems like a bunch of lazy people to me.

I went in at 13 weeks to the day and had an amazing experience! Lily was my tech and my baby was being super difficult. Then the cord was between his legs. I went downstairs for a walk and came back and she was able to find his gender. I used Sneak Peek with them at 8 weeks but wanted to confirm. Best experience ever~

Went in for a SURPRISE gender ultrasound and had them pit the gender in an envelope, the tech slipped the gender a few times during the ultrasound. You had one job.. very disappointed, this is my first baby and I wanted to find out together with my husband and family. She definitely ruined the surprise.
