Tia walked me through the process, what it entailed, and made sure that I always had a clear understanding of everything. Tia listened to what I wanted, and found me homes meeting my criteria, and also exceeding my expectations. Buying a home in a sellers market, with very little inventory, required working with a sense of urgency. Tia executed that wonderfully!
