Its a scam using TeamSnap .. once you put your credit card they will refuse to give you the right to remove it even if the service provider is not performing his obligations or is not providing the service . Do not put your credit card into their system this is the first time where I did input my cc in a system and it doesnt give you the right to delete it. Do use team snap horrible experience no phone number .. impossible to get to talk to someone by phone

This could really be a great product and platform. But the company needs organization. A lot of people passing the buck here. No ownership. Promise you the world and once you pay they have horrible support. While they sell and pitch the product the call and speak to you. As soon as you need support for what they verbally sell you suddenly they only have online and email support often bot support. Extremely disappointed.

I was having issues but they called me immediately after doing some posting on their site, so Im happy they are fixing the issue and got back to me as soon as they probably got my message. I do wish there was a number we could call if needing help, but I get it.

Lots of useful features, but, unbelievably, there is no print function available for the calendar view. "Print Screen" basically doesn't work, because the lines and numbers on the calendar are grey, so when I print it, the dates are too faint to read. This issue has been brought up (online forum) but still nothing. What a simple, stupid mistake they made in overlooking this obvious feature!
