I was given fines in a lump sum that I had never received before. Then when I asked what was going on their office said there were no fines. I then received an email that showed only part of the listed fines but told me to pay for all of them.

This is my h o a management company they are horrible I feel bad the regular employees for having to put up with the complaints that the management creates very reactive very unresponsive hard to get anything done absolutely most horrible company I've ever come across

I want to tell you what a absolutely horrible employee Jenna Snead is. She does not represent your company in a positive manner. She is absolutely useless and is unresponsive to multiple emails. When I explained that I have been constantly referred to one division, then that division refers be right back, four times, Jenna, being the great employee of yours, simply referred me back. Absolutely ridiculous. She is a detriment to your company!
