First and foremost we had a party of 12. Our server was Abby we ordered a cafe mimosa came out in a timely matter the issue we had with Abby was the bill portion. Abby never asked if we wanted one bill or split checks instead took it upon herself to split the checks. The other issue she never came back to see if we was ok with everything we ordered it took us to point the issue out to the guy who brought our food out to us some people dishes were cold being sent back three times. The other orders of mimosa took longer to reach us took very long to have everybody food out in a timely matter. Im just glad the manager Alex was able to help us out with the issue at hand. I will return with a smaller group to see if the experience is different

We went as a party of 10 which wasnt a problem to have to wait a while. The problem was as soon as we were seated, we didnt feel welcomed at all. Our waitress (Jessica C.) wasnt friendly at all and the one time that she smiled, it was obviously fake. She got orders wrong and wasnt apologetic at all. What we are paying for when we go out is food, atmosphere and service. The food, beer and atmosphere are decent, but service was terrible. Many at our table didnt even feel comfortable asking her any questions because of how unpleasant she was. There are many breweries in the area that will gladly take our business. Needless to say that it will be a long time before we try this place out again.

We went as a group of 6 people to enjoy the atmosphere and were told that there was a 30 minute wait. We were fine with that and sat at a table on the patio because one of our friends in our group is pregnant. The snarky server on the patio asked if we had our name on the list. When we said yes, she informed us very rudely that when the table is needed we would have to leave. There were so many open patio tables and nowhere else for our pregnant family member to sit. I spoke with the manager who was apologetic, but offered no solution. We took our business to Olde Meck where we were met with superior service.
