Second and last time I schedule service for my car here. Ive made appointments and arrived on time but if someone else without an appointment arrives before you, they take them in first. Its so aggravating when youre trying to do something before work. No point in making an appointment just show up. Heres to being late for work for the second time they take over and hour, closer to two hours just for an oil change. Go somewhere else unless you have the time to spend hours here. Not worth it.

Ive dealt with so many autoparts stores but this is by far the worst! My boyfriendand I went and bought a valve head cover kit for a Chevy Sonic within a week we tried to return it because we ended up not needing it and they wouldnt allow us to return it for a refund. So now we're out over $100 my engine is on the floor of my garage and I have to rebuild it. Plus I have 2 more years of paying on the vehicle. Not going to get parts from them, thats for sure. Thanks for nothing Chevy.
