We purchased 4 Adventure homes for our communities. The entire process has been nightmare. Communication has been extremely poor as we never seem to get to talk to the same person when we are experiencing issues or have questions. Two of the homes were involved in accidents during transit and another was wrecked into a tree upon delivery. A year and half later, we are still waiting for the repairs to be made and were just informed that Adventure will not be making any more repairs. The bedside manner of the service managers has been shockingly bad. I'm so disappointed. I feel completely let down by Adventure Homes. I'm at the point where I've just given up. I'll cut my losses and wash my hands of this company. I hope to never speak with anyone from Adventure Homes again as I simply cannot stomach incompetence and insolence. There are much better affordable housing manufactures available. We've used them. Life is too short. Don't fall victim to Adventure Homes. Find a manufacturer that cares about their customers and their product.
Cheaply built with cheap materials. ...instead of just repairing the flaws in the home and moving on they constantly try to pass the blame on transporters and setters of the home, and just try to get a warranty on the a/c or an appliance.....what a joke....we have bought many of these units in the last 2 years and you would think with the very large account we have with them they would go out of their way to assist with minor problems and issues....buy at your own risk....I wouldn't give them another dime.
We have had a large number of problems and issues with our mobile. For the most part they have taken care of them. However, every month something new comes up. There were many things not disclosed to us prior to purchase and we are very disappointed. I guess it comes down to "you get what you pay for". A cheap house!! Had we been told more about the upgrades needed to make it a better quality home we could have had them done cheaper in the factory, now we have to remove the siding and make the home more airtight. So buyer take the time to go over everything carefully and tour the factory, We keep telling them we wanted to see our home being built and it never happened. They just called when it was done. Well it really still is not done a year later. One more thing, keep in mind, after one year our total cost with site prep, installation, etc. is 3 times the price of the home itself. Perhaps we should have looked more at a stick built in comparison.
