Our staff have every right to be at their place of work without physical or verbal abuse. In line with covid local guidance our facilities are still closed. You were informed that everyone on site needed to have track and trace details provided, to keep our members, customers and staff as safe as we are able to do. This remains our priority. After informing us you don't agree with covid guidance, the legal requirements for businesses, and the verbal abuse given to a member of staff we were not willing to have you on site. At no point we're your children (who didn't do anything wrong) spoken rudely to.

Facilities were awful as were the staff extremely rude and unpleasant. Would have been nice to feel welcomed but we were instantly set apon due to turning up without booking something we were accidentally unaware of. Was made to feel like we were dirty and non human with remarks to covid!! The staff were also rude to my children!! Would not recommend this place to anyone else!

Amazing place for paddling. Friendly managers. The only bad thing is the access to water. Very slippery and steep, but overall experience is great. Will come back :)

Hi Steve. Sadly yes, not everyone looks after the environment as well as we would hope. This however is a private watersports venue, and not public country park for a walk. We really dislike that people litter and destroy the surroundings, and the manned section of the land is well loved, due to only being open to members that respect it as we would hope. There is no footpath around the lake.
