I waited patiently for 23 days for my purchased display cabinet and even got rid of my old one in time for my new delivery, spoke to the company yesterday who said it was delayed yet again and should be recieved today (clearly a lie), woke up this morning to an email saying order refunded with no explanation or even apology, absolutely disgusting and the icing on cake is ive got to wait ? days for my money back so thats a whole month wasted thanks to these jokers, i advise to avoid at all cost. Reply to impact furnitures response to my review: At NO point have i recieved an offer of another unit or any discount let alone "another" discount this is a bare faced lie and and the "explanation" for having wasted 4 weeks of my time waiting for my order including my refund to come back to me is totally null and void you just cancelled without explanation made no attempt to explain why that after waiting for 23 days and expecting my item on the very last day it was supposed to finally be due after another delay it was suddenly cancelled by email no less.Never experienced anything like it after many years on ebay.
Dear FdM, Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear about your experiences, I have looked into the situation and it seems your order was for a coffee table. I believe your product sustained damage in transit and my colleagues repeatedly offered to collect the goods at our cost using Parcel Force collection service. This has been refused by yourself as it seems you were not able to be at the premises for the driver to collect and you preferred to have a service that would allow you to drop off the parcel at a location identified by you. I am sorry we were unable to facilitate that request, this was due to COVID restrictions that Parcel Force were not offering such service and being a bulky item it was not possible to use a locker service with an alternative carrier. We have proposed multiple dates and unfortunately were not able to receive a confirmation that you can be present at the time of collection. As it stands goods were fully refunded and kept by the customer at no charge and we have expressed our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Zero stars would be perfect for this outfit, only the least I can select is one star. Dreadful company, selling what are 'factory seconds' without mentioning that in their sales descriptions. After sales service ranks so far below acceptable as to be amongst the worst I've ever seen. Their really late reply below mentions a coffee table, when in fact I'd bought two glass fronted cabinets (obviously they must have many unhappy clients to confuse them like this!) I eventually got my money refunded onto my credit card, without the retailers cooperation.
I had a problem with an item of furniture, but have provided me with a refund under the guarantee
