Very unprofessional and inept. They damage property when they deliver materials, and deliveries are incompletemissing items. Much of their product (wood) is low quality. No apologies. No follow ups. They dont care. Bad business. Poorly managed. Youre better off going to a box store like Lowes or Home Depot.

Products they have are fine but would absolutely not work with Jason Powers. Work with someone else. He was completely non-responsive and when he did respond he could not of been more rude. He did a terrible job handling our doors, measured most of our windows wrong, and we still have problems we have to sort through due to his carelessness of all of our locks.

First time there. Every guy there was helpful, patient and kind. This place is like a man's candy store - SO many wonderful things to buy to make the house better, all at the lowest prices, anywhere (even cheaper than salvage places!). Will not be my last time there (though hopefully won't "need" to go back soon!).

Way too slow it takes too long to get materials took me 40 minutes to get two pieces of Base. Some of us have to work for a living
