The matanice is the worst I have ever seen in my life there is a infestation of roaches the heat in the master bedroom has yet to be fixed. They don't fix anything and when you call and complain they treat you like there is nothing can be done. I should have done my research I hate this place and will not be back when my lease is up...furthermore this place laundry is a joke you can break your neck on the steps and trash is left for days around the apartment complex. This place is not kid Friendly at all and I regret I moved my family here!!!! Take notice to my warning and stay away
Be very careful as a vendor doing business here - they don't pay their bills. Their property management company is nothing but liars from the AP person to the Director of Operations - they will let you provide services for months and drag out payment long past terms (over 90 days) and lie to your face about when they will cut a check.

When I first moved out here it was a GREAT experience, excellent staff. New management had taken over and it was still a pretty good experience until I had issues with A/C going out on in my apartment numerous times. I would call the emergency maintenance line for no one to follow up with me. Next day there would be a report stating that the air was fixed, however it would go back out within the next day or two. I expressed my issues with management who initially seemed to be concerned. When calling the leasing office the woman who answers the phone has a horrible attitude, before generally researching your issue. Hopefully my experience for the remainder of my lease improves.
