Stop by last night with my cousin last night to drop of his BMW to get service and get the loaner. Lady that I think her name is Britney wasn't really nice. She make us feel like we are not being honest with her about what are we going to do with loaner. Then she rolling her eyes, treating us like we are not deserve to be there. Then we asked her why the car milage 4.500 mile extra on the paper she said that it's a prepaper work doesn't suppose to have exactly millage but my cousin going to sign the paper that doesn't have correct numbers? So we fixed it. Overall very disappointed, very unprofessional and obviously she doesn't know how to communicate with customers. We didn't deserve to feel like we did something wrong..!
NEVER use this dealership! I would give zero stars if I could! We had the horrific experience of dealing with a rep named Wayne DelVecchio. He seemed nice enough to begin with, however, Slippery Sales Tactics 101 is what we wound up with. My 79 year old mother went back to this dealership to lease another BMW at the end of the term of her previous BMW. She met with Wayne, and explained to him that this would probably the last car that she would ever have. As negotiations began on a car that she really liked, the deal that was being offered was entirely too much. We did some research and found that cars in the same price range were being leased for much less, so came back with a counter offer. That counter was never considered and instead, my mother was met with everyone's favorite phrase. "Well, maybe we can put you in something you can afford." WHAT?!?!?! Are you my mother's financial advisor? You have no idea how much or how little she can or can't afford! (Not to mention how demeaning that statement is!) Wayne proceeds to move her to another car, utilizing the counter offer that she presented, except the different car was several thousand dollars LESS! He fast talked around her, and made her feel like she was getting the deal of her life, until she called me. At which time, I told her to pack up her things and tell him the deal was off! Unbeknownst to me, he had already taken her credit card, and was "holding" it with the finance manager. She called me extremely upset. Wayne asked her why was she involving her family? This deal was supposed to be between them! WHAT???? This is elder abuse! Finally, after begging and pleading for me to come there, I gathered my partner and off we went to meet Wayne and find out WHY was he not giving back the credit card, why was he practically holding my mother there against her will. After some words, he told us that the card was already charged and that first thing in the morning, he would have the charges reversed. The charge is still on my mother's card! REALLY? This was 2 weeks ago! AMEX says the dealership denied the reverse of the charge. Sorry Wayne, you are not keeping my mother's hard earned money for literally doing nothing and causing her grief on top of it!

Just made my second deal on a BMW with Nick and it was another great and easy experience buying a car with him. He is knowledgable and makes you feel excited about every detail of the car. He makes it easy to find a car you love and how you want it. Couldnt be happier with my purchase again. Highly recommend Nick and BMW of Roxbury!
I made an offer on a Mini Cooper. They accepted the offer. When I went to pick the car up they increased the price by a 1K. This could have been easily rectified by looking at the email which I sent through their website listing. Since I had to drive all the way from Queens NY I decided to make the purchase. It was my first time doing business with this dealership and it would certainly be my last. If you make and offer make sure they give it to you in writing.
