Im sure I could fight this to be removed since you reviewed a business in which no services were provided to you or just leave it as an example and reminder. Like I said this business is family owned and operated and has been a work in progress and was a work in progress whenever the first review which I am sure you are referring to was completed. So you have come out and said something damaging towards me and my business with your review and yes youve mastered the word Snark in process while trying to antagonize me as a business owner. I did not mean to downplay any initial concerns or deliver a sarcastic message but respond in a way to let others know this place did not start as a day spa and we have all worked very hard for what we have here now. I hope you can find better use of your time and I do hope you have a blessed day as well.

I wouldn't go there just based on the snarky, defensive, dismissive comments of the owners replies to valid customer concerns! And saying, "Have a blessed day," at the end doesn't actually redeem the snarky comments.
Im sorry you were not pleased with your visit with us. The facility was previously the grouse nest restaurant that we have put countless hours into renovating and have not yet finished everything we would like to accomplish. It is good to hear that you enjoyed the service you purchased which is the reason you visited the facility, and prior to this year we had nothing to offer so we are always trying to grow and improve. With that being said we will not be able to please everyone that comes into the building but the majority of the feedback has been positive. Have a blessed day!

It didn't look like a day spa at all. It looked like an old run down banquet hall. When you walk in, there is a 70s looking bar area which was dirty and cluttered. The bathroom looked like a bathroom from a bar. Not spa quality at all. The actual hot stone service was great but the place needs cleaned, updated, painted and finished. I would not go back and regret spending $ there. Overpriced for what you get. We were both pretty disappointed.
Amazing experience. My wife and I drove to Hocking hills for our anniversary. Kicked the weekend off with a couples massage. So relaxing. Highly recommend. Breanna had the perfect pressure throughout and my wife said Ellie did an amazing job as well.
Hello again Mr. Punches. Unfortunately deep tissue is not offered anywhere in our menu of services, and I hate that you did not mention that prior to your scheduled appointment. Our rooms are divided based on services that are ordered. Sorry we did not meet your needs on this occasion.

Visited for a 50 minute massage with daughter while on vacation. Both therapists were asked to give us deep tissue or at least apply strong pressure. Neither provided what we asked. I asked my therapist several times to apply more pressure, but it felt like she was barely touching me. We both left feeling disappointed, I was more so. I was provided a small discount after contacting the owner to voice my concern and the ladies were nice. The layout was a bit odd, two tables were placed in what seemed like a large hall and there was a private room or two in the back. I would have felt more comfortable in a private room than in a large, lobby like area. It felt like someone could have walked in on me and my therapist from the front door, but I'm sure they lock the door while a massage is happening.
