I placed an order for a bag and boots and waited 5 days for a shipping notification. When I never received a shipping notification, I contacted the online customer support inquiring about order fulfillment. The company still did not respond for two more days, and when they did respond, they told me that they couldn't fulfill part of my order because it was unavailable. Also, I never received an email to track the shipment and the information they gave me when I contacted them did not work. I found the whole buying process with them very frustrating and to be honest, quite misleading. I had to ask for a refund on the shoes they don't have anymore (yet I can still order)...i'll see how long it takes them to get that back to me too.
