Awful experience .phone was faulty and they didn't want to know.Only accepted return when PayPal got involved .14 days now since they have had the return and no response at all .Iam a NHS frontline worker and need my phone for work placement.Had to buy another so now 170 out of pocket and paying interest on the debt .They have had my money and the phone now as well PayPal credit used to buy so getting FSA to investigate both clove and PayPal as well .Please DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRSUDSTERS

bought a mobile phone from them, very satisfied customer, before palcing order had to call and ask about stock availability, i was told to wait for a call back, 15 mins later got the call back with all the info, placed an order (early afternoon), next day (late afternoon) item delivered to my doors, very helpful, polite, reliable, secure payment with paypal i do recommend this shop
