Great showroom and staff, but didn't have what I was looking for. Was looking for ZLINE brand range hoods, which are high-end and you would think they'd be in there. Oh well.

Hello all, Everyone knows that going to a place like Bay cities,, You are paying more money but the trade off is that you should be getting much better service than a place like home depot. Also, You'd expect the people who are selling you their products to be much more knowledgeable about the merchandise they sell Which was not throwing in my case. Furthermore, Why should they expect a call back when they said they are going to call you back which myself person did not. Finally I went to another specialty store like them and bought what I needed

Amazing showroom, with beautiful kitchen displays! We love our bauformat german lacquer cabinets that Ted helped us design and the Miele appliances we bought from Joseph, especially the wine cooler and combination steam oven!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE OWNERS AND THIS SHOP PARTICULARLY!!!! I BOUGHT $40,000.00 DOLLARS WORTH OF APPLIANCES FROM THIS SHOP IN BEVERLY HILLS AND BOY I WISH I NEVER, EVER DID... THEY SAID THEY WERE WORKING WITH THE MANUFACTURE ON THE WARRANTY AND LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER AND NEVER ACTUALLY DID. FINALLY I DECIDED TO CALL THE MANUFACTURE DIRECTLY AND DO IT MYSELF (GO FIGURE) TO FIND OUT WHY NO ONE EVER CALLED FROM BAY CITIES, THEY ANSWER WAS NO ONE EVER CALLED AT ALL FROM BAY CITIES BEVERLY HILLS AND THAT THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY. I WANT TO WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY HERE EVER. IF YOU BUY FROM THIS OWNER HE IS A TERRIBLE, MEAN, GREEDY AND UNFRIENDLY PERSON, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TIME TO DEAL WITH YOUR WARRANTY ISSUES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
