Delivery is as promised in terms of time. However with 2 food purchases within 1 week, contents were dumped into the bottom of the plastic carrying the order. Will never use this service again. Today, October 23, i was called by someone at onda guey who expressed displeasure with my review and criticized me for writing it. I hung up on him after I had enough. Instead of saying Im sorry for your experiences, please give us another chance, I was berated for the review. Good idea to avoid this delivery service in my opinion. There are other delivery services available that take customer service seriously, such as Grubhub, which I have used numerous times during this pandemic time, with great success.

Do not use this service. I called to cancel my order because I was charged double what my food cost for "delivery fee, service fee, mileage, and 20% tip (which I wasnt allowed to change)." The guy that answered was rude and said "go somewhere else then and dont waste my time." Sure will.. plenty of delivery services in Tucson!
