Would not recommend order two shirts was told they would be there on a Friday which I needed them Saturday they did not have them. I called the Wednesday before they assured me they would be ready Friday.
Brown Bear is amazing! High quality items without the super expensive price tag! The staff are so helpful and talented! When I have an idea they bring it to life better than I could imagine.
Ashley, I apologize for your bad experience. This particular fundraiser fulfillment was a challenging one with our staff shortage and the start or the apparel stock shortages. I was not aware that the issue had not been taken care of sooner. I do remember you coming in to inquire about your order and I apologize for not making sure it was resolved at that time. This place is the most unprofessional screen printing company. I placed an order with a fundraising group in May 2021; my money was taken and I was never provided with my sweatshirt. I have sent numerous emails, even going to the shop in person and no one has an answer, continuously saying they will look into it and they eventually stopped responding. All I asked for at this point was a refund. Do not do business with them.
