Bought brand new in 2013. Over the years, discovered everything they reused from the old foundation, including rotten and termite eaten wood. Cookie cutter everything else too, obvious cut corners where they could to continue mass production.

We bought our EDC home 3.5 years ago and have nothing but positive reviews for this builder! They have continually gone out of their way to answer our questions and have provided excellent customer service. We have noticed many homes by EDC pop up in the neighborhood and are excited to know that more people will be receiving their quality work! We know in the future should we ever wish to sell, we will want EDC to build our forever home!

Our experience with EDC has been nothing short of stellar, from start to finish. A very professional team both in the office and out on the jobsite. Any issues we had (which were rare) were addressed immediately. Top notch finishes in the home and the layout really maximizes all square footage. Couldn't be happier with our new home!
