If we could give this place a 0 we would. The price is outrageous for how old the town homes are and when you move you they say you owe them money because of their crappy fixes in the first place.

I loved living here. The unit I was in was newly renovated and very nice. The yard areas were great for my dog and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. I had to break my lease early and management bent over backwards to make it as easy and efficient as possible. I highly recommend Devonshire!

The unit is full of mold coming through the walls. Especially the bathroom, it needs to be completed redone. My kids are always sick. The kitchen cubboards are almost falling off the walls.
