From the time I ring and reported that a I had a problem with my heating, it took 3 weeks to get an appointment. This was a time period when it was 3C outside, which meant if I drove the car, I have to put the booster on full (very loud) to clear the windows. I live in Southport an hour away from you. On the repair day, I got to the garage at 10 o'clock were I was informed that they could hold the car till 5 p.m. With the exception of the nice lady at the door entrance who offered me a coffee, I thought that the repair dept were not informative and I didn't feel like a customer. Got my car back at 4 p.m. with no great explanation, what was wrong and how it was fixed.

No one told me before I left about the nail in my nearside rear tyre l drove home on the motorway I'm disgusted that it could have cost my or other people's lives if it had burst!!

My car had been in for a service a couple of times as I had purchased a service plan, but oddly enough the issue, though intermittent seemed to appear from time to time. It appears a health check would have recognised the issue and cleared the error. Makes me wonder what actually happened in the services which is why I have taken a star off. Regardless I cannot fault the service I received. Chloe was forthright and transparent in the information provided and what could or could not be provided. I was very happy when I got the car back and the issue cleared. As I am upgrading my car I am sure I will be provided with the same great service going forward.
