I ordered an order from them and they told me it was going to take 2 weeks the order was not big at all. I was patient at first but after waiting over a month I got frustrated. They are great with communication but suck at actually getting started on your order. I also wanted mock ups which are pretty much example of your logo or slogan photoshopped on the garment ... when I received it it look like a 3 year old did it. The only reason I gave 1 star was because I couldnt give 0...when I ask for a refund they told me they couldnt give me my full refund.. I disputed it with my bank and got my money back .. stay away from this place

I ordered shirts from another place out of town and two days before I needed the shirts the lady told me she had an emergency and wouldnt have the shirts done on time. My friend recommended Caught in Customs to me. I called and told them what I needed and when I needed it and without hesitation they took my order and made sure I had the shirts expeditiously (with in 2days). The graphics came out perfect, the printing, and quality of the shirts were perfect. Needless to say we ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR SHIRTS!
