The lady up front if I'm not mistaken her name was Jennifer was extremely rude did not take the time to assist me with my glasses . The doctor barely let me ask a question like he was a mind reader of some sort soo left with no knowledge on what condition I was being referred for. I wouldn't refer anyone to this office .

My family and I travel 45 minutes to go to DV eye center due to the personable experience with Dr. Do and his staff. He has updated technology in his office and specializes in Glaucoma. I was told I might have Glaucoma at age 26 and had to look for a specialist. Ever since ... Dr. Do has always stayed on top of tracking to make sure nothing has furthered or worsened. He gives honest feedback which is huge. Dr. Do does not allow my youngest son to wear glasses although he desperately wants glasses. This is a great and a true Dr.who cares as many others would prescribe to make the extra money. ~ Xiena & Joe Rodriguez

I am sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience at our office. We always strive to provide exceptional care to our patients. Diabetes can affect the refractive status of your eyes so it can cause changes in your glasses prescription. My daughter went see them in december for and eye exam and diabetic referal at the request of her insurance company. They refused the referral because they had a machine that would do the same thing for $45. over the insurance. Gave us a rx for the glasses. we had it filled at another store and she could not see out the glasses. this rx was filled out for exactly the same for both eyes. had her glasses check at another store and they matched the rx. Had another eye exam which i paid for and any resemblance to their exam was a co-incidence. please be very careful when seeing thme
