Had car broken into and was notified that it happens a lot in their parking lot. Would not recommend to come especially with kids

Traffic at Avalon is crazy! Drivers arrive at Stop Signs, and merely pause, then tear through it. People jaywalk all over the place, and will step out in front of you even when you have the Right of Way. I view this as a dangerous place just waiting on an accidental wreck, or letting someone get ran over!

People Jaywalking, just walk right out in front of you, daring you to hit them. They have Stop Signs at every corner, and plenty of marked walkways, yet idiots want to tangle with 3000 lbs. of metal to see who will survive. If idiots could fly, this place would be an Airport!
