We are sorry were put on hold. Our store is open to the public and our phone lines are open to the United States. Our priority is the customer who is standing in line in the store. The phone calls on hold are answered in the order they come in. Certain times are busier than others. Trust us when we say, you werent put on hold because we didnt want to help you. We take the time to help all our customers and sometimes that takes longer than necessary but if you needed that extra time and attention you would probably be grateful as well.

I have zero idea how they are as a business because EVERYTIME I call I get put on hold til I give in and hang up and call back....when I get through and do business with them I will review this again
I will never purchase anything from here ever again or do I suggest anybody else too I spent $3300 on a lawnmower from them I cut my grass three times with it I noticed that it was cutting on level so I contacted them they argued and argued with me thats the kind of business you get when you spend $3300 somewhere I will take my business elsewhere I suggest everybody does the same American power equipment they are rude to customers They should be no longer in business update so I took my lawnmower to another Toro dealer there was a bar in the wrong spot deck was not leveled properly it was all American powers fault therefore I was cutting grass on even because of American power on a brand new machine that was In properly set up and their mechanic swore up-and-down that I had something or it was my fault and I was going to have to pay for it do not trust these people they are crooks and liars find another place to buy your equipment I would not give these guys a one star but I had to give them something to write this
Got on the waiting list (10-14 days) and waited for my turn to drop off a boat for engine repair. Dropped off the boat on a Monday, called on a Friday to follow up and they had not worked on it yet. They called Monday and couldn't find anything wrong, told Briggs I must have spilled oil on the new motor with 10 hours on it. Took the boat to another repair shop and found out that Briggs has a bulletin for the oil leak my motor had.
