Its unfortunate that this gentleman left this review. He somehow believes that he should not be bound by the terms of our contract which states that the initial retainer is non-refundable. He voluntarily signed the contract agreeing to such. Further, its not as if no work was done, I did significant work on his case. He keeps complaining about my ethics and yet fails to abide by the terms of the contract we entered. Im unclear how that makes me unethical. Finally, he keeps referencing his military service as if that somehow matters to whether the terms of a contract are complied with.

READ THE FINE PRINT......I found him to be exactly what the stereotype of a lawyer is. He ended up keeping nearly $1000 from me just because his interpretation of our contract entitled him to "my money". I spent over 32 years in the military, he is definitely not the kind of person I have been used to working with, ethics????????

A lawyer's duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and out of an abundance of caution I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point by point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say I do not believe that the post presents a fair and accurate picture of the events.

About 7 years ago when I was a minor, my mother hired Mr. Mckeehan, to handle a personal injury case, we ended up filing lawsuits and I was thinking everything was okay then because our relationship was strong. Years go by and I start to hear or see less of Mr.Mckeehan and his assistant. Recently they have backed out of my lawsuit out of nowhere due to funds. Now that I am older I seen in the paperwork where he let someone back out of our lawsuit. I felt at first we were on the right track to getting justice but they just make me not want to trust anyone. If anyone can help me with this situation please email.

I was taken to court over personal property. Im not familiar with the justice system and feared of what may happen. Mr. McKeehan did everything quickly and professionally. Incredibly grateful for his services.

This attorney didnt do no appeals for me on a case!! Never contacted me on parties!! He is really rude on phone calls!! Only meet him in person one time over 3 years!! He is not professional and I wouldnt hire him for free!!! Good luck!!
