Im continually disappointed in the lack of professionalism in the staff. Dr. Nielsen is fine, and Im not against hiring young people but they definitely need to be trained in how to be friendly, polite and respectful to the patients.

In regards to our frame and lenses prices; we do carry a great selection of frames with different price ranges. We sale the highest quality frames with most of them made in the US, Italy, Japan, Austria etc. We take pride in our optical staff and our products. Our lenses are made here in our lab! When patients purchase glasses from us, they are not just getting the best quality, but are supporting our local business and our community. ;)

Overall experience was good. The customer service was great. I had a minimal wait of about 15-20 minutes, and the doctor was personable and thorough- The only bad thing about this place is that their frames are extremely expensive. I was shocked at the amount they wanted for just the frames. When everything was said and done, the total that they wanted was around $250.00-$300.00. With so many options on the internet that offer much cheaper prices; I don't see why anyone would buy something for that much.

I dread going to the eye doctor because I feel like it takes my entire day. Going to Focus Eye Center is very pleasant. They get you in on time and are very efficient to get you out and on with your day. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.
