A friend recommended Wards. Larry & Hunter came over to the house and took measurements and spent time talking to us about what we wanted. A few weeks later they came back with plans and blueprints in hand to show us what they had come up with. They gave us a 3 month timeline. I couldn't be happier with the new addition. They did an outstanding job. Their crew was super nice and helpful when I had questions. They were awesome. I would highly recommend using Ward Enterprises.

We highly recommend Ward Enterprises & Ventures. We were first time builders and Larry and Hunter guided us from start to finish. They knew we wanted to make the most of the view and they offered suggestions on adding features that helped us achieve that goal. We were fortunate enough to be onsite throughout the build and were able to see, first hand, the quality of work and attention to detail. They worked with our budget and our timeline. I have had the opportunity at CreekStone Cabins Plus, LLC to do business with Ward Enterprises and Ventures for over three years. Most of my work has been in the renovation realm, working with them initially before moving to the area (having extensive renovations performed on three residences, a barn and other work as well). I have always been more than satisfied with their work and responsiveness. They listened to my needs/wants, offered suggestions to make improvements I had not thought about and kept me informed of scheduling. They were very dependable, honest, checked on the job site almost daily and provided updates as needed while the job progressed. I would definitely recommend Ward Enterprises and Ventures to anyone in need of their expertise on any size job - large or small. Working with Ward Enterprises in building our retirement home in NC was a very positive experience. They are a topnotch company and our house even won the Craftsman Award in the Parade of Homes. They were patient and considerate as we worked hand in hand with them on fine tuning our design. I highly recommend them for your next new home or remodeling construction project!
