Customer service was terrible. The package even arrived with a candy bar all about their stellar customer service. Wrong part was shipped, not even close to the 3 pack item that was on the pick ticket. It was an emergency part for a down customer so I called. The person answering the phone provided very little assistance and said I would hear back from them. I recieved an email from Brandon asking if I wanted to cancel or have him reorder. I asked for reorder asap. I did not hear back so I asked if it had been shipped and received a reply that is was on backorder. I requested cancelation and refund and got no reply. Messaged again a week later to ask if the credit had been issued and got no response. The refund was issued to my card. This is terrible customer service. Communication is key!
Great products and prices, but you should really update your website to the correct time that you open! They do NOT open at 7AM, they open at 8AM to the public. Very frustrating when you plan your day around picking up product, drive almost an hour to get there when they open and then lose an hour of precious time because the website is incorrect.
Huge selection, friendly staff, great customer service. They do free repair evaluations on electronics and controls. Lots of hard to find electronic components. They give you free chocolate bars with purchase and have a free snack and drink area for customers. If you need electrical repair or parts, come or call here first. They probably have it.
this company was terrible , I kept leaving message after message and received not one return phone call. It took 2 1/2 months to have them finally ship my product back. Stay Clear from this company , you will thank me in the end
