Embroidered the item brought in per customer request. Yes we offered to refund the embroidery on a jacket that was not purchased through us. And still this review?

I took a dark charcoal jacket to them to embroidery for an award they put the club emblem on the back and on the front the awards that were won they used black lettering. It is really hard to read. Completely disappointed especially when you go out in public and people make comments about how they cannot read what it says I did contact them and they would give me $20 back the cost of the jacket and the embroidering was over$150 .A year of hard work to achieve something and you can not show it off. I should've let the club send it out of state with the the other club jackets but I wanted to help our local businesses.

We own a small business and Debbie made us t-shirts with the screen printing love them, but she also did embroidery on our zip up jackets and polos, absolutely gorgeous!! I would highly recommend Debbie! 10 plus stars! She reached out to us quickly with design, we couldn't be happier! Ruth was super nice as well always greeted us when we walked into the shop! Debbie was super nice as well when we went into the shop she helped us pick out our apparel! Thank you for your great service! We will be back for more!!!
