Hi love, Im so sorry that youre unhappy with our services. You received a hybrid set mixed with our darkest materials and 16mm cateye, which is not a natural look. You did have a lot of empty spots on your lashes due to having lashes applied by a different salon/technician which may have been too heavy for your natural lashes and caused bald spots. Unfortunately we can only place lash extensions on your natural lashes so if there is empty spots on your natural lashes it may look less full. You can always go longer and more dramatic. If you would like a fuller look that would be going more towards a volume set. Our salon is a place where woman feel comfortable being able to talk and share moments of their life during their appointments. We try to make the salon a warm environment where everyone feels welcome! We have absolutely no control over people sharing their personal business and hope that you can understand

I showed the technician a photo from their website. It was a picture of hybrid babydoll lashes. I told the technician I do not like the natural look please make them long and dramatic. After spending 1.5 hours laying down I finally got to see the finished product. I looked in the mirror and i was filled with disappointed. She gave me short cat eye lashes. They looked like I already needed a fill-in. She didn't listen to what i said. I went straight to rite aid and brought individuals to add to the extensions. I paid 160.00 only to buy $7 lashes from a drug store to achieve the desired look. Also the place is extremely loud. Too many women sharing their personal business for everyone to hear.

Really overpriced and I literally hate the way they did my lashes. I showed a pic but she still did them too wispy and thin. Never again.

If I could give more stars I would! My lash lounge for almost two years. My lashes are to die for, consistently, every fill-in, they are PERFECT. They are always on time, Ive never waited more than a few minutes. The gals are the best!! Kind & professional! I drive a distance to get to Lux Lash Lounge and its totally worth it! So glad I found them.

Hi Lucia. During your appointment the technician noticed your eyes were watering and asked if everything was okay in which you replied that its just your allergies. If you were uncomfortable at any point we wish you had expressed that to your technician so she could of made your session more comfortable. We offered to give you a free fix in which you declined. Our manager tried getting on a phone call with you in which you denied. We do have a no-refund policy but because customer satisfaction is our main priority we still decided to give you a partial refund and would still love to give you a free fix. We are so sorry for any inconvenience you experienced and hope you give us the chance to make it right

I was given eyelash extensions that hurt whenever I blink. She was tugging at my lashes the entire two hours causing my eyes to burn and water to the point where I had to get up in the middle of the session. Because do this, the glue dried differently along my lash line. It feels as if my actual eyelash line is glued with an excessive amount of glue. When I brought this up to management, my concerns was dismissed as they said it was caused by my allergies. Also, at the end of the session, I realized she did not correctly tape down my bottom lash as it was stuck to my top lash at the end of the session. My eyes simply did not water excessively because of allergies. They gave me $40 as compensation when I paid $155. Im still currently in a lot of paid everytime I blink, and this was simply not the compensation I deserved. Dont go here.
