Such a poor service. They say it's opened from Monday till Friday 9am-5pm and I call at 11:45 am and says their offices are closed. Not to mention that before this I called and waited for 17 minutes and no one answered .

Website always down, When we need access to our numbers because we have work to do we always seem to hit a brick wall because the GS1 website and servers are unreliable, It's been like it for years and no other website we use for work purposes is as bad as GS1
