We apologize for the bad experience that you have had supporting this fundraiser. We have offered to refund the customer for the missing product. We have also already made arrangements to get the prizes your son earned to him. It makes it more difficult get those prizes to your son since he no longer attends the school. Again we are sorry for the experience you have had but have made every effort to make things right for you.

The absolute WORST fundraiser. If your kid comes home with this packet, Id just turn it back into the school blank if I were you. Received the wrong cookies and have been in contact with them and theyre making ZERO effort to resolve this issue. The rude lady that answers the phone lied directly to me about the cookie not being on the website or in the book. If it wasnt in the book or on the site how did we come up with the item number? Also I was told on the first phone call that no one at the school received their prizes and that my sons would be being shipped to me. When I called again to check the nasty lady told me that the school had my sons prizes. I called the school, they dont have anything. One of my sons boxes was ripped open when I received it. Very unprofessional. Will never be selling for this fundraiser again. If my son brings this companys packet home again, it will go straight in the trash.

different amount of product in the bags, very disappointed! one bag has 9.50 and the other one 23.50 oz. Of course the description says one gallon bag , they forgot to mention one almost empty gallon sized bag. I paid $ 25 each it is robbery. Next time Ill donate the money Im not going to support this company
