Went to spend an easy $50 bill for a date night with my husband at this movie theater I forgot my mask so was told to leave and get one so I walked next-door to big lots and purchased a mask came back and witnessed two young adults being let into the theater without masks when I brought this up to the manager we were asked to leave, said I was causing a scene. They never went to find the two young adults that did not have masks and entered a small theatre packed with people. This is the problem if we are going to mandate the mask law which isnt even a real law it needs to be for everyone. They made us leave gave us our money back and the people unmasked remained in a small theatre full of more unmasked people!! The manager as nice of a guy he may be, unfortunately is running the facility for his owners very poorly, whats fair is fair. If one person has to wear a mask ALL PEOPLE NEED TO WEAR A MASK. Sad day for one of the only entertainment options we have in Wenatchee Valley. Gateway cinemas is very poorly ran.

Good theater, but the tickets are definitely capitalizing off a monopolized market.

The theaters and seating are nice. The ticket and food prices are on the high side.
