I purchased a $170 memorial shirt for my cousins upcoming birthday who recently committed suicide. Instead of this being a step to healing and remember her, its been turned into a nightmare! The photo projected on the shirt mustve be way off as the portraits dont match despite the art being nice. My husband reached out via text and yall promised to send a return label and redo the shirt. Its been nearly 5 days and no email with return label or any more responses to my husband texting. Absolutely disgusting as I had already put in another order for my daughters birthday Monday and despite calling and being told it would be sent to me on time, it hasnt been! So 2 out of 2 orders were both messed up! Super disappointing that now Im having to go through my bank to resolve this since the company isnt responding.

I called the day before to get a 90s jumper made and they told me to come the next day so came and they was closed and I called 5 times and texted them also wasted my time waiting for a response and didnt get nothing not ever again
