RUN!! This company will screw your order up after it takes 2 months to get to you and then when you return it they will say they are refunding a portion of it, keeping some for "Loop Charges" but never refund a dime!

I would like to personally apologize for the experience you have had with your most recent order as this is not the level of service we strive to provide for our very valued customers and clients. I want to be quite frank with you and anyone else reading this right now, that we have grown at an exponential rate in the last several months and are in the midst of moving to a new warehouse which has caused a few "growing pains" like this. I ordered the shirts 1 month ago and still have no word on status of the shipment. It seems difficult to get confirmation on shipment from this company. In this day and age, unless there is a production issue with the actual item, getting a package shouldn't take 3 weeks from a local business.
Hello Katie Walker, It was not my intention to be rude to you and I am sorry we made you feel that way when you were not able to make the scheduled pick up at open house. We were asked by the principal to ship orders directly to the customers who were not able to make it to the open house. Even though we did not collect shipping cost, we were still happy to pay the postage and ship the orders to you the most convenient way possible, per the principal's request. Also, you must have misunderstood the conversation taking place in our office because we were not talking rudely about anyone. Also, you must have been given the number for "uniform" orders which we do not product, because we do not have an 855 number that is active. We are a professional, local company and we do not feel this review is fair. We would really appreciate an opportunity to understand how we can make this right, so that you would consider taking it down. Thank you!

If you want some one to be rude to you- this is the place for you. I placed an online order for my childs PE uniform. Order were supposed to be shipped directly to the school for pick up. Since I didnt pick up at open house- they returned to items to their store. No one (school or Edge) communicated that the items HAD to be picked up exactly during open house. No one called to say the items could be picked up or shipped. So I went by the school- who gave me a phone number (855) to Edge Promotions that the voice mail is full. Googled their local number- When talking to the owner about this he raised his voice, was rude, and argumentative to me as if his companys miscommunication and poor customer service was my fault. They need to work out their relationship between them and the school and not punish the parents who are in the middle. In addition- when picking up the items- he was in the office talking rudely about other customers. Please take some customer service classes!
