Tried to purchase 3 bottles of my favorite perfume online, THEY flagged it for fraud. I called my bank an to check what happened, they said everything was good to go on their end, but had informed me that Perfume Empire had cancelled the order and flagged it, not the bank. After communicating with my bank that everything was good and that the cancellation came direct from Perfume Empire, I reached out to Perfume Empire to rectify the situation and place my order. They did not fix the issue, they did not give me an explanation even after I told them that everything was good and that I am a human, not a robot, and had sufficient funds, why could I not purchase the perfume? Since they would not honor my purchase, I went direct to the main manufacture brand for the perfume (Alaïa), spent 4xs as much $145/bottle vs. $35/bottle with Perfume Empire, but at least I got my perfume (only bought 2). I told Alaïa customer service about the situation I had with Perfume Empire, he told me no company, including Perfume Empire is NOT allowed to sell their brand anyway. I informed Perfume Empire about this and they certainly didn't care about stealing other brands money AND/OR it must not be real perfume and knock offs. They were extremely rude and didnt care about my purchase. They didnt resolve the problem. I asked them if I could just order one, and they went silent. They also told me we dont care what Alaïa said to you, have a good day. Either result is not a positive one and not a good way to do business. Buy from them if you are okay with cheap knock offs and illegal transactions.
