We apologize for your wait and hate the lenses came back too large for your frame from your insurance lab! We all are working under difficult times with our doors having to remain locked and hopefully we can address your problem, in person, in the future. We spoke to the lab directly and they have ensured us they are going to get your lenses back to us in a timely fashion and the correct size. When they arrive, instead of waiting in the line, you can call 870-972-6040 and they can let you inside while you wait for them to be switched! We always strive for the best service, sometimes things are out of our control! We apologize again!

Sitting at the drive through window now for over 30 minutes waiting to have lenses replaced that were scratched. Have been told twice now that they are working on it and it will be a few more minutes. Then they tell us they have to send off to the lab to remake the lens because it didn't fit right.

Took my mother in law and after 2 and a half hrs she walked out. Which is to long to wait in any office.

While purchasing contacts I was told that if I got a year's supply that I would be able to receive a $50 rebate. This was requiring me to spend more money than I had but was convinced by the staff that if I did so I would receive a $50 rebate. After I went through the purchasing process uploading my receipt to their rebate center and so forth I found out that the contacts that I purchased wasn't part of the rebate. I feel like the lack of knowledge with the staff is the reason why I ended up spending more money on my contacts than I needed to. So when buying contacts here make sure that the ones that you are purchasing are the ones that will get the rebate. If not you will be greatly disappointed like I was.
