I signed up for a dedicated, unmanaged server hosted by Versaweb back in February 2013. Excluding my own screw ups, I never had any problem with the server. Early on, I did have problems with the hard reboot button on their web management portal, but I believe they changed that system sometime later, and I did not have issues with it for the last two years of service. I finally gave up the server early 2017, due to a pending price increase, which was totally understandable. Versaweb seems to have grown quite a bit since 2013, and they were probably tired of me getting such a killer deal on their rack space. Though I did terminate my service because of it, I have no complaints about the price increase. I am thankful for the service I received, and I am happy that they have become so successful! **EDIT** Actually, I think they just got rid of unmanaged dedicated plans. Over my four years of service there, I don't recall my server ever going down due to something out of my control. I did submit a few tech support tickets seeking help for my own dumb mistakes. Their support was prompt, thorough, and courteous enough for what I was paying. I did have an issue with the initial billing setup. Back in 2013, my PayPal subscription did not seem to let Versaweb's system know I had paid, and my account ended up in limbo. End result was I had one payment out, which was refunded as fast as PayPal would process it, and I had to make a second payment. It took four days to resolve that issue. Overall, nothing that annoyed me, as I always expect hiccups when starting/ending accounts anywhere. The cancellation happened same day as my initial request. As for provisioning, my subscription issue was resolved on a Friday, and my server was accessible the following Monday.
