Oil change and small engine service was fine and came out good, but had to wait a really long time just to check in and overall very lengthy day for what should've been an hour service got done 3 hours later

Andy did an incredible job! He was proactive, answered all my questions in a timely fashion and exceeded all of my expectations. I will definitely be back to Andy and Bellevue BMW when its time to turn my X7 in for a new BMW
