So we had an experience where my sons father took out boy into the store to purchase a wet suit. The staff told him that our boy didnt need to try it on, but then when he got it home it was too small and they wouldnt exchange it. Also, there is no way to return rental gear after hours. Were moving our business elsewhere, this place isnt catering to locals.
