Just been down to the shop to pick up some samples. Sign on the door said back in ten min. After 45 min I gave up. Just lost a sale.

Hard work to do business with. Had excess floors boards that couldn't be used. Refused to return. Based on COVID and the point of sale this could have been actioned. Also ordered door strips to match the floor, premium quickstep product, which arrived damaged from the supplier first time round. Second lot collected same issue!!

Just been here today and bought flooring , was served by lovely well mannered young man called Sean and another man called gent , fantastic service from these guys lovely polite and helpful staff would highly recommend this store , fantastic price too , very pleasant shopping experience , cant praise the service highly enough will definitely be retiring in future
