This place just lost 4 patients that have been coming here for years. Last week my children had appointments at 11 oclock. They didnt even call them back to be seen until a hour and half after their appointment time so it was a little after 2 when we left. Then today my husband and I came in because we got a call last week with a appointment reminder and on my voicemail she said she was calling with reminders for us starting MONDAY at 1:15. So we show up for our appointments and she said your appointments were Friday and we will have to take 1 of you as a walk in then take the next appointment before we can take the other one of you and I said well on my voicemail you left you said our appointments were Monday and I even let her listen to the voicemail and she said well your right but told me I would still have to wait until the next appointment was seen. This was not my fault or my mistake !!!!!

The absolute worst customer service!!!!! I see the other person said EXACTLY how I felt. The mother and daughter at the front are not at all customer service oriented, disagree with them and the mom will tell you that the dr is her father in law, not at all a right to be rude, and then tell me to find another doctor, THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- AND I DID JUST THAT FOUND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE STAFF!!!

I had an error with my schedule time, but the office was very understanding and quick to get me in to make up for the mistake! They were all super nice and professional. Dr. Seibert was so kind and updated my prescription quickly and accurately. He explained everything about my prescription, and also seemed very interested in getting to know me as a patient as well! You can tell he cares about his work and patients.

This is a horrible place to get glasses i went in last week and picked my frames and of course they did not have my lenses. So they ordered them when they called and told me my glasses were ready i was in school so i called at lunch and said i missed a call so the lady ask me for my name i gave it to her and she said ive been calling people to tell them their glasses were ready maybe that is it. I went after school and ask to pick up my glasses and she went to get them and she said sorry your frames are broke i have to order them should have told me they were broke when i called the place needs to go out of business
