Loved the space and visiting my friend but I just don't understand why people keep going through the fire door that alarm is ridiculouslyloud and annoying. I swear the amount of times in one day he called the front desk total deal breaker for me. It would not cut it in my building for sure. Everythingwas nice. But I left to that sound reverbing in my head. Totallynot cool esp because service and everything else was really pretty cool. This noise though

One West End is a beautiful building and wonderful staff working in the front. The management went down the hill though. Its a mess and so disorganized. It takes forever to get anything done. They hire horrible people to run the building- Mike O'Hara and David Nikaj.They are both so shady. David Nikaj is one of the worst managers you can ever find. Never acknowledges the residents, always have angry look. He just moved to the building and looks miserable working here. There are so many people looking for jobs right now. Please give it up since its not a job for you. 0 customer service experience! Its a shame on the management they would hire someone like David Nikaj to run a building.

Great building a lot of amenities you can get some very decent deals on the apartments the biggest issue I have is how far it is from the train
