If you're a; male, under 30, want a basic haircut, and don't want to pay more than the average Joe, then I would not recommend The Firm Hair for you. Techniques used were subpar at best and was left with a jagged fade, uneven side lengths, crooked neckline shave, and even had to go so far as to go to another hairdresser immediately afterwards to fix it. I will not be coming back here. I'll leave one star for the head massage and glass of water - that was okay.
