PLEASE STAY AWAY! Do not waste your hard earned money like i did! I worked with Alex and Davit to purchase a 2015 Nissan leaf with less than 45k miles. When I took it home, I realized they sold me a faulty car as it gets nowhere near the mileage/charge this vehicle should be getting. When i brought it to their attention that vehicle only gets 60 miles/charge as opposed to the 80-85 THEY said it would, they blamed it on how I am driving the vehicle and the age. I had been shopping for this vehicle and older models and had seen many still get more than 60miles/charge. I did not think much of it when I first picked it up as it was less than half way charged (I barely made it home even though I had let them know I was coming from orange county out to LA, as a professional courtesy I was hoping they would have at least charged the vehicle for a cash paying customer to make it back to their destination). Please, please do not give your money to these liars. And if you're still shopping for a car, go to a dealer that allows you to return the vehicle within a few days, at least then you'll know the dealer isn't hiding anything. I now have to deal with this $15k lemon, "thanks" for the problems Davit and Alex.

Bought a hybrid vehicle... I asked why is the engine so noisy..they said it's normal and it shuts off and goes to hybrid on its own.... Turns out the noise was something else...engine blew a whole 4 months after I had drove off the lot...and i paid in full so was screwed out of $8,999 thanks guys

If I could give 0 star, I would. I experienced a very poor customer service with an agent here. I was walking in to this branch and spoke with an agent. I was asking if they have some great deals for a premium brand that is within my price range. But he said that they dont have that much. He showed me 3 cars that are right next to each other. It felt a lil bit frustrating already the way he entertains a customer thats why I decided not to spend anymore time with him. My frustrations even got worse when I went home, browse their website and found so many great deals of the brands that I was looking for and that is within my price range.
