They stole my 16GB RAM and replaced it with a 4GB one. Do not give your laptop to this store for repair. I called them after reaching back home and the guy was not ready to accept that I have 16GB of RAM!!

They don't you repair themself plus there repair time is very long plus charges are way of the charts.

While on a business trip to the Bay my iPad froze up! I was dead in the water with a presentation looming the very next day. I frantically explained how terribly urgent my situation was. Josh heard me, and not only did he jump on my iPad right away but gave me a laptop to work on while I waited to see if my device could be fixed. Not 30 mins later my iPad was cleaner and worked much better than before. Thank you Cheap Squad and a special thanks to Josh.

I went to have my laptop repaired a simple power outlet fix and ever since then my laptop is is in worst shape then ever I always kept my laptop free from viruses my lap top is only a month old the earphone Jack don't work no more and it seems to heat up fast and slow down I'm so not happy with the service and now I have to purchase a brand new pc
