David, sorry to hear you were not happy even though we only worked together for a month on a long term SEO strategy. We make it exceptionally clear in the discovery stages that option 1 does not include project management or phone support which is why it is so inexpensive. We offered options that included consultations and phone support but you opted out. Like any business, we cannot afford to work for free. If a client misses a payment, we stop work after 2 weeks. Our invoicing system automatically reminds our clients when a bill is due and if it is not paid a reminder goes out every 3 days. Did you not get the reminders?

The company might know what they're doing and how to handle SEO for websites but the terms of customer service with the basic package is absurd. If you forgot to write a check they simply stop working on your page, they dont communicate to tell the client that i miss the payment and thats unprofesional. I wasnt with them to long, but the time i used them for my company it wasnt a great experience.
